A marketing agency that only does TMS
We started TMS Clinic Digital Marketing Agency because TMS clinics kept getting generic marketing: template websites, ad accounts run like any other local business, and monthly reports full of clicks.

Why we exist
TMS doesn’t work like other local businesses.
A patient’s path from first search to a finished course runs through insurance criteria, a prior authorization, a psychiatric consult and around nine weeks of sessions. Marketing that ignores that path ends up optimizing for the wrong thing, usually cheap leads that never become patients.
So we built an agency around the path. We work only with TMS clinics and the treatments they often offer alongside TMS, like Spravato and ketamine. We know the searches, the ad rules, the payers and the phone calls, and we judge our work by one thing: how many patients start treatment.
We work with independent clinics, multi-location groups, psychiatry practices adding TMS, and interventional psychiatry practices that offer TMS, Spravato and ketamine together.
Our office is in downtown San Antonio, Texas, at 118 Broadway St, Ste 625, San Antonio, TX 78205, and we work with clinics anywhere in the US.
How we work
What you can expect from us
Starts over leads
Every plan and every report is built around consults and treatment starts, because that’s what keeps a clinic open.
Plain English
You’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it and what it produced, without jargon.
Careful claims
TMS has strong evidence behind it. It doesn’t need exaggeration, and patients can tell when it’s there. We keep claims accurate and sourced.
Patient privacy
We measure marketing without sending patients’ health details to ad platforms, and we set tracking up with that in mind from the start.

Tell us about your clinic. We’ll look at your search presence, ads, website and call handling, then send you a plain-English list of what we’d fix first and why.
- Where you show up today for “tms therapy near me” and the searches around it
- What your site, Google Business Profile and ads say to a first-time caller
- How leads are tracked, and where they’re likely slipping away
